Transfer Credit Request Information
Atlanta (July 30, 2009) —Dear Advisors,
The Online Equivalency Table is our virtual database for processed and in-progress transfer credit evaluations. The Contact List for the Departments has been updated. If students contact you regarding information or paperwork they need to submit a formal request for transfer credit, please refer them to our website where they can download the packet. The web address is: http://www.registrar.gatech.edu/docs/pdf/transfer_credit_information.pdf.
Once their requests have been processed, they will be able to view them on the Equivalency Table at: https://oscar.gatech.edu/pls/bprod/wwtraneq.P_TranEq_Ltr. Or if the evaluation was not a Policy Statement, the students may follow the directions on our website to view their individual records at: http://www.registrar.gatech.edu/students/viewcredit.php.
