Presenting at the GTAAN best practices event is a great way to showcase the innovations and advancements that you and your department have made with respect to academic advising. Have you developed a useful advising tool? Created a new student service? Streamlined an existing process? Don't keep it to yourself!

	It should be no more than 200 words and should include a description of the Best Practice and the information you plan to share with attendees.
Technology needed:
	We can provide desktop computer, projector and screen. Please indicate if you need these items.
Please note
Presenters are expected to share the following information at the event: ● Description of the Best Practice and why it was created ● The resources needed to create it ● Any obstacles that were overcome to implement it ● Any feedback received about the Best Practice ● Any suggestions for improving it if it is implemented on another campus
* Presenters should also distribute handouts outlining the steps for how the Best Practice was implemented on their campuses. Please note that this proposal submission is separate from your registration for the event. All presenters and participants must also register for the event at www.gtaan.gatech.edu Presentations are limited to 45 minutes, which includes a 30-minute overview of the “Best Practice” and 15 minutes for questions and answers.
